Temporary Legal Coordinator
Midtown based international insurance corporate is looking to hire a long term temporary legal assistant to support the General Counsel with daily administrative and low level legal duties. 3-6 month temp role. Great opportunity to gain further corporate experience. This is an entry level role. Responsibilities: Support litigation department by performing administrative and data entry functions. Scanning, data entry, utilize basic math, using tracking software to process invoices, creating and running reports as needed, maintaining invoice files Prepare quote/binder letters, invoices, etc Coordinate with General Counsel to secure required documentations, signatures and such like Set up and maintain active underwriting files Provide phone coverage for Underwriting managers as needed Answer basic questions from brokers/internal customers as needed Prepare letters for country Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Minimum one year of legal experience which can be a combination of internships and corporate experience Mature and committed attitude Always 100% attention to detail required Self-discipline and motivation About Green Key Green Key Resources gives candidates more than just job opportunities.
