Python Developer, Investment Banking, to �600/day Python Developer Contract Position avaiable with leading TIER ONE investment bank. My client is currently undergoing a complete transformation from legacy to new systems, much of which will be developed using python language and related technologies. This part of the transformation project will be focused on the development of python code for global funding section of the bank. Business areas that this softwarre will support include structured rates, bank debt, buy back debts etc. Knowledge ogf such areas is not essential but of course could assist your application. This is an intergrated open source environment, as such developments will be subject to internal testing and processes, experience of similar environments in large organisations is desired. Essential Skills / Experience - Must have Extensive Python Development skills - Must have OOD design experience THIS IS ESSENTIAL - TDD experience - Finance experience desired (investment banks preferred) - Additional technologies include C++, SOAP, SQL This is likely to be a long term contract lasting a minimum of 12 months up to 18 months.
