Our Telecoms Industry Client is looking for a Business Analysts to join their team to support the changes within the Operations, Marketing and Online functions of the customer experience group and lead and deliver change within this department through key strategic programmes. The Business Analyst will work in a project capacity to investigate, analyse, deliver and report upon the change impact of new or revised business processes within the group. Essential candidate requirements: * Knowledge of full project lifecycle * Experience working on customer focused and contact centre projects * Project Deliveries/Stakeholder mgmt, Telco/BB/Online/Operations Experience/Retail * Experience working on significant programmes within a large company * Ideally worked within fast paced industry and business such as a Telco * Cultural Change Techniques These will be initial 3 month contracts based in Livingston at a rate of �318.00 per day.
