PA in Fund Management – Maternity Contract
This is a busy and varied PA role assisting the Funds Management Team of a prestigious property investment company with offices worldwide. Located in very smart West End offices, your duties will include producing PowerPoint presentations and reports, extensive diary management, setting up investor meetings and departmental events and liaising with senior people within the company as well as investors, banks, lawyers etc. Other duties include supporting the Equity Manager with the admin of the CRM system, producing credit card expense reports and generally making yourself indispensible to the team! This is a super friendly company, very dynamic with a great team spirit. Shortly to hold interviews, you must be free for seven months and available to start on 24th September for a handover. The ideal candidate will have gained PA experience supporting a team in a corporate environment i.e. financial sector or the commercial property industry.
