We need to compile information on companies that are listed on a complaint website into a spreadsheet: Here is the process for collecting the data: Step 1: Go to the following category: /bycategory/health-beauty/ Step 2: Copy the name of the company on the complaint and paste it into a Google search. Step 3: If their is no url from complaintsboard.com on the first page of Google results, then go to the next complaint. If their is a complaintsboard.com complaint is on the first page of Google results, then log the following information into the spreadsheet: Phrase used in Google search, where the complaintsboard listing is located on the first page, the url of the company's webpage. Step 4: Visit the company's webpage and identify the email address and the phone number. Log both into the spreadsheet. Step 5: Perform a search on Alexa.com using the companies root domain. Copy and paste the Alexa Traffic number for the root domain. Additional information: Please do not log multiple entries for the same company or root domain name. The categories on complaintsboard.com have more entries added to it each day. If you have multiple people working on the project, then please have them work different categories so that they do not duplicate their work. I will provide additional categories for additional people. This is an ongoing project. In your bid, please specify the number of rows of data that it will be for. I have attached a spreadsheet with an example of data collected for a company using this process. It takes about a 7-14 days for the complaints to show up in Google, so it is best to start a couple of pages into the category.
