Retail Company based in Central London seek a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or international equivalent. Our client are an international brand name, with a strong UK presence and with an exciting on line offering. Supporting the Group Financial Controller during a time of transition you will assume the following duties, whilst assuming day to day management of the management accounts team: * Instrumental in the production of consolidated monthly management accounts ensuring appropriate analysis is included * Management of ledgers, ensuring tight controls are in place, ensuring transactions are correctly accounted for and balance sheets are fully reconciled * Balance sheet and cash flow analysis and forecasting * Assisting the Financial Reporting Manager in the production of year end accounts and external releases * Management of the year end audit along with the Finance Reporting Manager, liaison with external auditors * Management of the Accounts Receivable function working with the Marketing team to ensure funds are received The ideal candidate will have experience of management and external reporting on a consolidated basis under IFRS, ideally gained in the Retail Industry or FMCG. You will have a strong grasp of accounting basics and financial controls and excellent communication and inter personal skills. Keywords: Accounting
