An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Customer Manager in the Customer Engagement & Management Reporting team within Finance Business Services (FBS). The business area is responsible for facilitating all management reporting activity between FBS and the Divisions to support delivery of the banks monthly management reporting. The Customer Manager will build highly effective networks in the Finance community with their customers, and develop a strong understanding of management reporting systems and processes. As Customer Manager you will liaise with customers in the Divisions, and management reporting resources in FBS, to support an efficient month end process and allow Finance teams in the Divisions to deliver timely and insightful reporting. You will be required to engage with multiple stakeholders across the business, often with differing and sometimes conflicting priorities. The ability to effectively influence your stakeholders, including senior management, is a key requirement of this role. Candidates should be a qualified accountant, preferably with a minimum of two years post qualified experience. Core Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers in Divisional and Business Unit Finance teams * Lead monthly customer meetings with key stakeholders in the business * Oversee monthly processes in line with the month end management reporting timetable * Assist customers in their use of SAP BW and SAP R/3 through the resolution of complex issues * Promote and deliver training to customers to support the CE&MR self service model around common issues * Understand change projects and support customers in minimising the impact of change on them * Develop and test SAP BW reports to help customers analyse data and add insight to month end reporting * Line management responsibility for one Assistant Manager Skills: * Excellent stakeholder management, including senior management * Strong presentation and facilitation skills * Strong written and oral communication * Excellent management reporting delivery * Experience of using SAP BW & SAP R/3 * Analysing data / report writing / query resolution Competencies * Managing the Customer Relationship * Providing Excellent Customer Service * Influencing * Adapting to Change * Bringing Innovation to Problem Solving * Planning and Control Business Analyst, SAP BW, SAP R/3, Senior Stakeholder, Customer Engagement, Qualified Accountant Project Partners is part of Hydrogen Group.
