I'm a Realtor and I want to create banners to bring together my website for a hip, urban brand that is strictly downtown urban condos of Austin. Here it is: /home.asp The website provider is TopProducer.com so there is tech support to walk you through anything you need. I only need a urban "feel" and it has to be done strictly to what the backend CMS will allow. I have 90% of the copy, all the property details, specs and pictures on this site and will need you to copy everything over from here and we'll also integrate the information on this site, Essentially, we're combining 3 sites into one. Sections on new site: Owner Finance Downtown Living Neighborhoods Search Properties About Me / Blog Auction Events (again, we're copying the info from the other sites) The site's main feel has to be urban with a big call to action to begin searching now. Above the fold needs to be very client centric towards looking at houses and engaging the site. I want to infuse YouTube videos throughout the condo building pages so I'll need a place to frame all that in and I've got the instructions on how to do it. If you can make the site "feel" urban and condo, the job will be easy. It's 80% design, and 20% tech. Absolutely NO coding or HTML. You'll have a login to the CMS and can work as needed. Some cool examples of urban brands I like: /austin-condos-for-sale.php / / I also want you to get on Google and tell me what domain to register all this to based upon key words. for example: Downtown-Austin-Condos.com LiveInDowntownAustin.com Etc, etc.... This should be an easy gig. I've got good design/development experience building the brand (not the site) and will answer questions quickly.
