Partner Healthcare IT is l ooking for 10-12 people /contractors to work various hours between 6am  and 7pm (maybe 11pm ) to provide shoulder to shoulder support for physicians and nurses .  Must be able to rotate weekends and may have to  work one weekend a month for example.  Contract is for minimum of 6 months with possibility for  full time Ideal profile is clinical or healthcare experience, Epic support experience, knowledgeable in physician workflows, customer focused, professional appearance, excellent communication skills. Responsible for:  ·          Shoulder to shoulder support for physicians ·          Personalization labs ·          One on one physician meetings for workflow review ·          Communicating changes, recommended workflows and weekly updates for physicians ·          Meet with IT team weekly to discuss trends, issues, communication, tips etc… ·          Meet with training to review recommendations for training ·          Must provide excellent customer service
