Junior QA Tester ******* US Citizen's Only******* Location : Suitland, Maryland Duration : 2 Years contract The client is looking for a Manual / Automation tester -Has worked on QTP  Has experience on defining testing scope, test effort estimation, test plan approach, risks, and assumptions and other documentation skills - Design and write test cases using requirement specification and Use Case documents - Experience on different software development methodologies   - Adheres to Project Budget & Timelines - Excellent problem solving, debugging skills   - Report and communicate test status and metrics - Strong oral and written communications - Self starter and work independently - Self Starter with excellent Analytical skills - Adheres to Project Budget & Timelines - Negotiating Skills - Leadership skills (e.g. provide direction, pushback if necessary, speak up as needed) - Peer Review - Manage and maintain knowledge documents, Training Manuals
