Audio Visual Install Technician   Audio Enhancement is a well-established, privately held company that provides integrated technology solutions for the educational marketplace.  Headquartered in Bluffdale,Utah, Audio Enhancement conducts business across the entire United States, with satellite offices in Orlando, Palm Beach, and other strategic locations.   We currently have an opening for an Installation Technician position to work out of our Bluffdale, UT office.   Job Summary:   Work in partnership with Audio Enhancement installing audio systems, video systems, interactive white boards, network servers, network cameras and Pro Audio systems.   Duties would include:   ·         Working with Install Manager and Project Manager to coordinate installation times ·         Finding solutions for unique equipment configurations ·         Properly install and test all components and wiring for complex turnkey systems ·         Build, program and install Pro Audio systems in large venue rooms. ·         Install and program all cameras and equipment for the SAFE system ·         Properly install and configure network servers for data distribution for classrooms ·         Responsible for all paper work reporting ·         Responsible for transporting equipment from audio Enhancement to the job site for local installations.   Successful candidates should have:   ·         10+ year experience in low voltage wiring and installation of audio and video equipment ·         Experience in programming network devices. ·         Experience in configuring, programming and installation of Pro Audio equipment ·         Networking + certified ·         Good communication skills ·         A positive attitude ·         Self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable ·         Professional appearance ·         Positive references    Requirements   ·         Reliable transportation ·         Be available to work 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Friday during the school year and 5:00 am to 2:00 pm during the summer. ·         Must be willing to travel up to 50% ·         Be able to pass a drug test and background check   Compensation:   Candidate will be paid piece rate; prices depend on equipment installed ($60-$240).   To learn more about Audio Enhancement, visit www.AudioEnhancement.com .
