MS DYNAMICS CRM Business Analyst / Functional Consultant - Contract - £315 per day - London As a business analyst with expertise in MSCRM, you will offer strong functional experience with particular emphasis in conduction of workshops and requirements gathering. You should have a deep knowledge of MS CRM Sales, Service and Marketing modules, and surround technologies such as SQL Server with the ability to develop complex workflows and sales processes. You should be able to define test plan and carry out system testing as well as UAT. In addition, CRM Customisation, Installation & Configuration skills are required with an understanding of MS CRM 3-Tier Architecture.
