Part-Time Administrative Assistant
BizTech is Oracle Platinum Partner located in King of Prussia, PA. We do full life cycle implementations and upgrades utilizing the Oracle applications, as well as providing remote database services to our customers and selling the Oracle Software/hardware and BI solutions. Due to growth, we are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant. The position will report to BizTech’s Human Resources Manager. There is a possibility that this position could lead to a permanent opportunity with BizTech in the future. The schedule is for 20 hours per week. We are confortable with that being 2 ½ days (Monday and Friday full 8 hours and Wednesday 4 hours) or five 4-hour days, whichever is easiest for the right candidate. In this position the part-time receptionist will be responsible for: * Answering phones * Office Supply inventory and ordering * Filing * Mailing * Formatting resumes * Some Accounts Payable entry/Invoice matching * General assistance for the administration team This position requires solid communication and written skills. Potential applicants should have a pleasant personality, be detailed oriented and well organized. Candidates should be proficient is Microsoft Office and be reliable. Only local candidates living within 10 or so miles of our King of Prussia, PA office should apply; no one living in Philadelphia will be considered.
