Responsibilities: Work as part of a software development team to develop solutions based on client requirements Participate in application requirements gathering and design meetings Support the development of solution designs and testing scripts Support under the direction of a technical architect, the development of solution modules Oversee testing workflows on code and review recorded findings, working with development team to resolve defects Be able to support rapid application development with prototypes, etc. Qualifications: BS in Computer Science, GIS, Management Information Systems or related field required. 4 -6 years experience developing web applications within enterprise architectures. Demonstrable ability to work as part of an integrated solution development team. MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A SECURITY CLEARANCE OF SECRET Technical Skills: Proficiency with Flex, C#, ASP.NET is required. Experience working with relational database management systems is required. Familiarity with Oracle is required. Experience with website development is required. Experience with ArcGIS Server is preferred. Experience with Java is preferred, but not required. Experience using bug tracking software such as TestTrack or Bugzilla. Experience using a source code repository such as Surround or Subversion.
