This screen needs to include the main navigation as well as a the list and a menu bar or something accomplishing the same task. Detail/Edit Screen: We will create the Employee Detail/Edit screen which will be the foundation for other edit screens. Essentially this screen contains some form fields and some lists. What to avoid Since this is an application speed will be important and as such the design should be translatable into HTML5/CSS3 without having to use images for appearance. My concern is that the Employee Detail screen has many fields. The challenge is to design something that is visually appealing without overwhelming the user with a pile of fields. www.gmail.com I like the cleanliness of the gmail user interface.
