Must have prior experience with the Sharepoint content management system: 2007 required, 2010 preferred. While graphic design experience is not required, the candidate must be able to perform basic image editing tasks within Adobe Photoshop, including cropping, resizing, optimizing for web, and other tasks routine for a content manager. Must have strong competency with HTML, CSS, and using the Sharepoint editor to create the desired page layouts and load content appropriately within the environment. In addition, job responsibilities will include evaluating internal and external web sites and other digital marketing initiatives for compliance to our client's brand standards. The candidate must have experience with using color palettes, grid systems, and other typical brand elements for web site and digital media design. Creative and design skills are not required, but the candidate must have strong knowledge and understanding of brand and design concepts to be able to effectively guage alignment of materials routed for review. Individual must be able a self-starter that is proficient enough in the above skills to become effective with minimal direction and oversight.   QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Services, or Computer Science preferred; four to six years consulting experience preferred. Eight to twelve years experience, including at least two years professional consulting and two years in program/project management; formal training in SDLC methodologies; good analytical and problem solving ability, creativity, and insight; proven ability to motivate employees and create a positive working environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills and a strong political awareness.   Nauticasoft is an equal opportunity employer.
