JOB DESCRIPTION JDE Program Manager Newark, NJ Job Description: Program Director to lead large scale upgrade of the JDE ERP application from Xe to E1 version. Job Description: * Planning. * Directing efforts of multiple Teams including Oracle, Dell, client, Outsourcing provider (100+ member team). * Institute strict governance around scope, timeline and budget management. * Understand how all components of the Enterprise architecture fit together, including packaged and custom software, Infrastructure, etc. * Monitoring execution according to schedule, agreed upon milestone, budget based on fixed price contract with outsourcing provider. * Preparing status updates to exec Steering Committee and other forums within client. * Maintain risk register and execute actions to mitigate the risks. Qualifications: * 15 years of PM experience leading large scale JDE ERP implementations $10M+. PMP certification is required. * Superb Communication and Customer management skills * Problem management, critical thinking, conflict resolution, negotiation, vendor management skills. * Good interpersonal skills. * Experience leading multi-functional teams and understanding how they interact to deliver towards project goals.
