Client Location: North Canton, OH General Job Summary: Are you looking for a career? Are you self directed and independent and LOVE money? Do you like a call center environment? Through incoming and outgoing calls, email and other means, you will resolve billing issues by answering questions, updating information, processing correspondence, resolving billing issues and following up with other departments to correct or adjust billing errors, updating demographic and medical coverage information. Job Functions: Â· Resolve patient and customer billing issues, complaints and concerns by answering questions, determining and recommending how outstanding patient accounts should be further processed; providing appropriate follow-up on issues; review accounts in detail to obtain accurate information and communicating with internal personnel, third party payers, employer groups, attorneys and patients Â· Researches and reviews patient accounts to determine accurate account information and updates the billing system with accurate account information. Â· Document and categorize customer issues for further analysis Â· Recommends and processes customized payment plans according to established department guidelines Â· Maintains knowledge of current government and/or carrier regulations relevant to the industry Hours: Training 8:00am – 4:30pm. Once hired your schedule will change. The call center is open Monday –Thursday from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Once hired, you will be required to work various shifts Monday – Thursday which could be 8am – 4:30pm, 9:30am – 6:00pm or 11:30am – 8:00pm (there is a paid incentive for working the later shift). Pay: $10.00/hr. Once hired, you will receive an hourly rate plus incentive and paid benefits! Requirements: * BILINGUAL (Spanish) A PLUS!!!! * Call center and customer service experience helpful * Must be reliable, detail oriented, organized and a MULTITASKER!
