Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for several sales individuals to assist a team of inside sales representatives for a major healthcare corporation. This position would involve taking over flow calls from the Medicare and Individual Sales Department; providing excellent customer service while supporting the current sales team. You would be responsible for inbound and outbound sales calls, data entry into the Sales Database System, and facilitating transfer calls to the Service Center. You would be accountable for assisting with incoming prospective member calls regarding Medicare eligibility, answering fundamental coverage questions, and fulfilling literature requests, along with coordinating resolution of all customer inquiries and service issues in a prompt, professional and customer friendly manner.
