Kforce is looking for a Client Premise Technical Support Specialist to provide daily support and management of our Client Company's customer specific computing systems and wireless devices (desktop, laptop, Blackberry, printers, etc.). The successful Support Technician will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy providing world class customer support. This opportunity is well-suited for someone that enjoys fielding numerous daily inquires relating to hardware, software, networking, and telephony issues. This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Main Duties: Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance on computers, monitors, and peripherals including setting-up new equipment and installing all operating software Maintain the remote, mobile, and hand-held devices and services to include Blackberry Enterprise Services (BES) Provide support for all wireless communication devices including but not limited to cellular telephones, PDA units (Blackberry and iPhone), and broadband cards Provide end user customer support to assist end users with all use aspects of their devices including set-up, installation, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance, and upgrades as appropriate Maintain a current and accurate inventory of all devices at all times; receiving separation notices and ensuring return of devices as necessary Participate effectively as a team member through communication, cooperation, information sharing, and problem solving Assist in other areas as directed by a Supervisor Maintain complete and accurate records of work performed Specialist Qualifications: This position requires an Associate's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or a minimum of at least three (3) years of expert, hands-on experience in configuring, imaging, and deploying desktops / laptops Experience in installing and supporting Microsoft desktop OS platforms and software packages Experience with an Active Directory network environment Superior customer service skills with strong interpersonal skills and professionalism are imperative due to significant amounts of direct customer interaction While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
