Our client, located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, is seeking a Process Analyst to be responsible for the process analysis, process flow design, and process documentation related to the integration of new strategic initiatives into existing and future operations. Main Duties: Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Business process design and documentation supporting strategic product initiatives Business process design and documentation for strategic technology initiatives Interact with Service Delivery teams to ensure systems/tools are in accordance with business processes and business rules; adjust systems / documentation accordingly Document process flows using the appropriate process modeling tools Perform a cross-functional role to facilitate and present business process change with stakeholders in other departments; work with stakeholders to support the integration of new products and services, regulatory requirements, tools, technologies and markets into existing operations Audit and update existing methods, procedures and process documentation on an as needed basis Lead process requirements planning and validation thru operational testing to ensure plan changes meet business sponsor needs Manage the process review and signoff of new methods and procedures Qualifications: Strong ability to facilitate cross functional communications between multiple teams Strong ability to analyze and interpret data Strong ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to communicate with upper management and individuals across several functional groups Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Strong personal computer and software application skills General knowledge of broadband products and services General knowledge of process and project management in a Broadband and/or Telecommunications business
