General Responsibilities •Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; •Possesses strong organizational skills; •Can organize and prioritize multiple work assignments; •Uses and/or develops applicable computer skills and operates a variety of Microsoft Office software and office equipment such as computers, printers, facsimile, etc; •Learns and applies Insurance Agency customer service philosophy; •Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs & market appropriate products and services; •Establish client relationships and follow-up up with customers, as needed; •Provide prompt, accurate & friendly customer service. Service will include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification; •Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals; •Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Licensing and Training •Each EFA must complete the appropriate insurance licensing and training.
