Job Title: Employee of Future Agent (EFA) "Competencies and Skills In general, the role requires a dedicated professional, but the desired competencies and skills may vary depending on the specific needs of each Insurance intern agent. General Responsibilities •Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; •Possesses strong organizational skills; •Can organize and prioritize multiple work assignments; •Uses and/or develops applicable computer skills and operates a variety of Microsoft Office software and office equipment such as computers, printers, facsimile, etc; •Learns and applies Insurance Agency customer service philosophy; •Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs & market appropriate products and services; •Establish client relationships and follow-up up with customers, as needed; •Provide prompt, accurate & friendly customer service. Service will include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification; •Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals; •Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Licensing and Training •Each EFA must complete the appropriate insurance licensing and training. Term Employment Agreement •As condition of employment, each EFA will be required to read, agree to, and sign Insurance Agency Term Employment Agreement (TEA)."
