Location: Duluth Status: Contract Compensation: Submit Competitive Rate Education Level: Not Specified National Atlanta based organization is looking to add a Network Security Analyst to their team for a 6 month project. Analyst will work within the Security Operations team, to support the E-commerce business through troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting operational security items as they arise. This position will entail implementing and maintaining configuration changes various security infrastructure components to include, but not limited to, Firewalls, Access Lists, Secure Proxies, and VPN Termination Devices. Individual must be able to take ownership of an issue and drive it to resolution, while looking for opportunities to improve security within the environment. Strong Firewall (Checkpoint and Cisco ASA) and Blue Coat Secure Proxy skills required. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related technical discipline. Equivalent education and experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Network or Information Security. Experience with vulnerability management and remediation processes. Strong working knowledge of Checkpoint and Cisco Firewall platforms. Proficient with Blue Coat Secure Proxy configurations. Working knowledge of E-commerce or website security a strong plus. Experience with vulnerability management and remediation processes. TCP/IP - Strong working knowledge of routing and switching. Experience troubleshooting network routing and switching in a large environment. Additionally, any Unix/Linux or Scripting experience a strong plus. CISSP desired, but not required.
