Job Description Contactor will be tasked with data/process cleanup and management within our CRM system in preparation for a system migration. Items include - Coordinate and lead meetings with Sales & Marketing Management & Regions to evaluate problem areas and propose/execute the appropriate solution; partner with Marketing Data Manager - Data validation and cleanup such as removal/merging of duplicate accounts, opportunities and/or contacts - Evaluate current inventory of fields, their uses and owners (using draft Siebel-Eloqua data dictionary), and propose improvements - Suggest and implement recommendations for ongoing process changes in order to maintain data integrity Requirements - Siebel CRM 7.x or greater experience. Eloqua experience highly valuable. Salesforce.com experience a plus. - Sales and Marketing Data Management experience needed. Knowledge of Marketing Lead/Inquiry models such as Demand Waterfall required. - CRM process management experience - Experience preparing a database/CRM for data migration - Understanding of database relationship concepts - Project management experience. Ability to co-ordinate and lead meetings with Sales and Marketing management. - Advanced MS Excel and MS Access Database skills.
