.Net Front End Developer/Designer We are looking for a .Net Front End Developer/Designer for a long term contract (initially a six month term, with potential extension) opportunity. The position is for a .net front end web developer, who can also do user interface design. The work will need to be performed on site at our clients office located in Bethesda. Primary Purpose of the Position This position will be part of our clients risk advisory and analytics team. The role of the Web Front End Developer/Designer will be to work with, and advise, their team in implementing web interface designs that enable our clients to interact and communicate with our suite analytics. The position will be responsible for developing the web pages associated with the designs they create. This position will be integral to the client-facing presence of the firm. As such a keen attention to detail and solid design skills are essential. Specific Qualification Requirements 2+ years Experience with .Net Front End development (asp.net, vb.net), CSS, HTML and JavaScript Solid design skills, including the effective use of typographic, color and composition Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver Intimate familiarity with designing for industry web standards Understanding of Website information architecture, navigation and content strategy Willingness to maintain and enhance existing sites Ability to work closely with internal business team, back end developers and project managers in a distributed, fast paced development environment using automated workflow and project collaboration tools If this sounds like you, please respond with your rate/salary requirements as soon as possible.
