Compensation Analyst
Job Description: Adecco, the #1 Human Resource provider has an opportunity for a Compensation Analyst with Health Care Experience to work at a premier client located in Belmar, NJ. Responsibilities: -Primary responsibility will be to analyze compensation data and enter into Excel -Reviews and recommends modifications to various incentive pay plans. -Conducts market analysis to determine market competitiveness of pay programs and recommends changes where necessary. -Analyzes the market to recommend the salary structure adjustment and salary adjustment budgets.
