Responsibilities: -Primary responsibility will be to analyze compensation data and enter into Excel -Reviews and recommends modifications to various incentive pay plans. -Conducts market analysis to determine market competitiveness of pay programs and recommends changes where necessary. -Analyzes the market to recommend the salary structure adjustment and salary adjustment budgets.
