Skills: Electronic Testing experience, Automatic Testing Equipment  As a little insight to our operation, we set expectations to all techs (contractors and employees) that minimum production is repairing 3 devices an hour. Technicians should have no problem achieving this goal after 3 full months on the job Flexibility in daily work assignments,s meaning they have to be flexible to do what the management team asks them to do. Operate the process and Automatic Testing Equipment (ATE) as directed or following a defined procedure. ATE equipment uses simple PASS/FAIL results. Monitor processes and collect & report process related data Monitor equipment performance Perform test runs and document machine performance Troubleshoot and diagnose typical problems with processes and equipment under direction or following documented methods Assemble and disassemble electrical equipment as directed or following a defined procedure Test customer products as full assemblies or as sub-assemblies. Utilize existing data collection consistently and accurately Important: pace of work environment and accuracy of numbers when reporting work completed Will they use a forklift? no What work attire is required?
