Skills: Training experience, Learning Management System, MS Word, Excel, Outlook • Create global training curricula and assignments ensuring that they are deployed accurately in alignment with current standard operating procedures. • Coordinate the deployment of global assignments across regions and other Learning Management Systems requiring coordination with multiple Training Process Owners. • Act as the Training System Owner for assigned Global Organizations. • Conduct ComplianceWire maintenance/clean up annually or when requested by management. • Respond to inquiries from other departments about training requirements. • Add personnel to ComplianceWire user groups or other existing user groups. • Facilitate help desk requests. • When requested, provide access to ComplianceWire after ensuring that the appropriate training was completed. • Generate department or individual training metrics and generate LMS reports when requested.
