Dynamics CRM Specialist
The CRM Application Consultant will implement solution for the sales, marketing and other functional teams using Microsoft CRM, SharePoint and other third party products. The consultant will be working with the sales, marketing, operations and IT teams to build a best in class CRM system that will serve the needs of the business. Responsibilities will include: Working with the business team to define business processes Working with the business team and business analyst to collect and document user requirements and business processes Implement a system that is easy to use but also captures all the information needed by management for reporting and monitoring purposes Complete system architecture and design and coordinate with IT team Design, Develop and Configure functionalities of CRM to meet the business requirements and business processes Perform all testing before production deployment Train end users to effectively use the system Train the IT team to maintain the CRM system Requirements Must be an expert in implementing custom and complex CRM systems using Microsoft Dynamics Must have completed at least two implementations for a process-driven sales force client or division with numerous client verticals At least 5 years’ experience implementing custom and complex CRM systems using Microsoft Dynamics Must have solid experience working with sales and marketing teams and understanding the business drivers behind CRM systems Strong business process experience Strong sales process experience (actual sales experience in a process-driven environment a plus) Proven ability in implementing mission critical CRM systems Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams (business and technical) Excellent verbal/written communication skills Ability to work independently BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field. MS or MBA highly preferred
