We are interested in building a website that connects volunteer high school students with middle school students for tutoring. The site must include: 1. A clean front end design with several pages eg: About Us, FAQs, etc... 2. The ability to login to a backend for 5 different kinds of users having different permissions for content management. 3. Autoemail capability 4. A contact form for each user 5. Ability to upload documents to the backend for download by users. 6. Individual browsable profiles including photo and description for each student. 7. Ability to find nearby tutors based on zip code. Strong experience and Elance reviews is a plus.
