HR Process & Data Analyst - 10 Month FTC - Home Counties based
An exciting ten month FTC opportunity has arisen within this leading service provider for an HR Process and Data Analyst to combine HR and technology. The aim of this 10 month fixed term contract is to help the HRIS Project team and HR Administration team meet the current and future demands of the business, so we can continue to provide fast, customer centric solutions. With the imminent implementation of a new HR Information systems (HRIS) and a transition in the HR operating model to an HR Shared Service Centre environment, it is key that we establish new processes and working practices which are efficient, streamlined, automated, robust and repeatable. In this role you will assume responsibility for the evaluation and definition of HR system processes with the aim of continually improving our new technology to support the needs of the key operational stakeholders and the HR function. You will ensure HR philosophies, principles and policies are interpreted, translated and implemented throughout the new system. Key Accountabilities in role: • Analyse and document HR business and systems processes, proposing improvement and obtaining agreement on the optimised and innovative solutions that will simplify and improve the daily operation • Analysis and recommendation on the build of the matrix organisational structure within the HR system • As the functional expert in HR systems within the business, provide the connection between Operations, HR and IT needs • Create and communicate (publish) service level agreements for core HR processes • Create simple and clear user guides for new processes to ensure consistency and best practice • Create, maintain and delimit Organisation Units, Positions and Jobs • Design and deliver end user training • Develop and maintain organisational management processes and forms • Develop governance and process to ensure data integrity of new HRIS through regularly scheduled audits and data verification to guarantee compliance with internal and external policies - Plan and execute needed remediation • Ensure security of HRIS and strict confidentiality of records and information • Ensure that the customer experience for employees, managers, HR Business Partners and third parties meets the businesses leadership principle of “customer centric” • Establish current Data held on legacy systems, carry out company wide data audit and coordinate data cleansing process Should you be interested in discussing this vacancy please contact Annabel Green via email at email@example.com or call her on 07850 215276.
