Datawarehouse Engineer / OBIEE NOTE: This is a PURE SQL environment, not interested in candidates that rely heavily on DW tools (Informatica, Cognos, etc.) Newark, NJ   We provide spoken audio programming for mobile devices, including books of any genre, magazines, radio shows, daily newspapers, and more. As a Data Engineer, working in one of the world's largest and most complex data warehouse environments you will be involved in: ·       Architecting, Designing conceptual, logical and physical data model, and Developing and Supporting the analytic technologies that give our customers timely, flexible and structured access to their data. ·       Modeling data related to our worldwide infrastructure components for Analysis of various performance metrics such as availability, performance, efficiency, allocation and also data related to Remedy troubleshooting tickets. ·       Responsible for designing and implementing a platform using third-party and in-house reporting tools, modeling metadata, building reports and dashboards in OBI Enterprise Edition . ·       Working with business customers in understanding the business requirements and implementing solutions to support analytical and reporting needs. Technologies: Oracle 11g-RAC, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, OBIEE 10G/11G, ETL Manager, Shell Scripts, Linux, ERWin   Required: ·       Expertise in Data warehouse Concepts & Excellent Communication Skills ·      Very good technical expertise and strong business skills, as he/she will lead the team in delivering Business Intelligence solutions.  ·       Hands-on experience with OBIEE 11G, including:  Installations, configurations, administration.  ·       Must be aware of testing process and DW implementation methodologies. ·       Extensive design and coding skills in Perl, shell script, XML on Unix Platforms. ·       Very Strong Oracle SQL Writing and Problem Solving ·       Experience in working with Reporting Tools ·       Experience on Unix/Linux System and scripting
