The Home Equity Loan Processor in Columbus, Ohio would be responsible for performing insurance research/inquiry tasks related to servicing functions in the company's home equity portfolio. The individual in this position will be responsible for maintaining accurate loan data using various company systems, Microsoft Office, and other systems that will assist in maintaining data to service the customer. This position requires that all federal and investor guidelines that relate to the Insurance process be followed and extensive research to be completed. This person will research, review and maintain system data accuracy. The individual is also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned. The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Working knowledge of mortgage loan documents and homeowner insurance is preferred Ability to prioritize work, meet daily scheduled guidelines, and work within required timeframes Ability to research and resolve complex issues Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
