We have a need to identify and hire multiple Call Center Agents to handle inbound calls from various customers in the residential and commercial community. Your 1-2 years of sales experience and any other Call Center or Service related experience is welcomed and needed to be successful in the role. Principal Responsibilities Communicate via inbound telephone calls with consumers. Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information. Accurately document and update records in company systems. Be able to upsell and/or cross-sell products or services to customers where appropriate. Communicate feedback and progress to management. Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment. Training offered with a starting pay of $16.61. After training, the base rate will be $11.77 plus commissions ($4 - $6 per hour) Requirements 1.
