Contract Length: 3-Months Pay Rate: $35-38/hr Location: Troy, MI Start Date: ASAP Job Description We are seeking an experience software engineer to help with the folling tasks: -Design and development of Java EE solutions in Distributed, Scalable, Node architecture Environment leveraging JMS/MQ for large scale telematics/fleet management applications. -Participate in Agile planning sessions and facilitate estimation process. -Developing and deploying web applications in WebSphere Application Server Job Requirement -Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or Computer Science -2+ years experience in J2EE/Java EE developing and deploying web applications in WebSphere Application Server -Experienced with various messaging/integration architectural patterns (publish/subscribe) and related technology - MQ & JMS -Background in various web technologies with emphasis on Host/Server Side programming Spring, Hibernate/OSGI. -Experience with REST Web services -Experienced in Agile software development as member of SCRUM teams. -Experience with continuous integration and test driven development with Maven IDE, JUnit, DBUnit. -Basic knowledge of using configuration management systems as code repository. -Conversant with design and IDE tools such as Rational Rose (RAD 6.0), Eclipse, and Enterprise Architect etc. -Working experience with PL/SQL programming, on one of the standard platforms, such as Oracle, SQL Server, SYBASE, DB2, MySQL -Experience with C programming using Windows SDK -Experience in library and frameworks for distributed processing of large data sets across cluster of computers (eg Hadoop) Keywords: Software, Development
