We are an easy-going, young, fun-loving British family with one child only. He is a lovely well behaved 6 year old little boy and we are looking for a nice girl to live with us and help us with picking up and dropping him off at school from Mondays to Fridays. The au pair will be responsible for taking our son to his after school activities which are all in Harpenden, usually at his school. Our son's school is a 5 minute walk from home, and we live in a lovely neighbourhood in Harpenden where there are lots of other au pairs, who even have a meeting point every week! Weekends and evenings are mostly free for the au pair and flexible! Our son goes to school from 8:30am to 3:30pm, which will give you plenty of time to yourself. The au pair will have her own bedroom with internet access. We have had au pairs before, and we will take you as part of the family and you won't be required to contribute towards groceries and bills. The au pair should be able to speak basic english, responsible, kind, patient and very friendly. She should be happy to help out with light housework. If she has referees that will be an added advantage. We would like the au pair to start on 1 September.
