We are a company that manages and works with other companies to help improve their online presence. We need an individual that will be available a few hours every work day to work on various Magento based products. The work will be ongoing and we are willing to pay well. You will be expected to perform the following Debug problems in Magento. Install and configure Magento extensions. Create new layouts, sections, and areas of sites. For new clients take PSD files and create fully functional templates. Any and all other related Magento tasks. Excellent, respectful and FAST communication. Must speak English and have a method for fast communication such as Skype or phone. You will be expected to work daily Mon-Fri. Bonuses will be paid if all tasks are completed before their respective due dates. Bonuses will be paid if 80% of tasks are completed WITHIN the quoted worked hours. Before you start a task you will be asked how many hours you estimate that it will take to complete. If you quote us 5 hours to complete a task but then you report "50 hours worked" you will ONLY BE PAID FOR 5 (small exceptions can be made) unless explicitly approved in writing by management. We have found in the past that some freelancers aren't very honest if they think they can get away with faking their numbers. Research, and "learning how to work magento" is something that we do not pay for. We expect you to be fully proficient in all things magento. We will not be paying for any hours that involve you learning the ropes. If an hour task is clocked as taking 10 hours we will only pay for the single hour or other reasonable time. For example in the past we have had developers that try to charge 9 hours worth of work to just "Confirm that the problem exists" this is unacceptable. If at any time we feel that you are working at a slow pace or providing sloppy work we will first let you know. If this continues we will find a replacement. If you abandon a task while it is halfway done or leave the system broken or riddled with bugs you will NOT be paid for the hours involved in that task until it is completed properly. All payments are paid on a biweekly schedule, AFTER work is verified and approved by management as complete and presentable to what was tasked.
