Development of automated Windows installation script Extensive engineering experience with Windows, Windows registry, Windows policies Extensive experience with Active Directory, additional experience with Novell a definite plus Development of virtual desktop images (experience with Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp preferred) Packaging desktop software applications for automated installations (experience with Wise, SMS, MSI preferred) Experience in engineering mass rollouts or a new desktop Windows operating system across hundreds or thousands of desktops Being able to provide 3rd level support on troubleshooting systemic desktop issues/outages Job Requirements: Candidate should possess good speaking skills, project coordination skills, and have strong customer service skills 3-5 years experience centrally managing large numbers of Windows desktops 3-5 years experience managing Windows servers 3-5 years experience using Wise (or equivalent software) to create software packages 3-5 years experience scripting with BAT files and/or VB script 2-3 years experience with some for desktop virtualization (preferred)
