Senior Web Developer (x10) Location: Greater Los Angeles Area, CA Duration: Contract to Hire Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00/hour We are seeking 10 senior level Web Developers to work on a contract to hire basis for a client of ours in the Greater Los Angeles area. These developers will be leading the design and development of customer facing and internal interfaces, working with program managers to define UI's, and developing existing and new projects written in Python and Django. Required: 4+ years experience working in a web application environment Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript - Jquery, Mootools frameworks Solid layout/UX design skills Hands on experience with Python Knowledge of and experience with both relational and/or NoSQL databases Background utilizing version control software Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu and CentOS) and working directly on a server through SSH Good understanding of code best practices and standards - PEP-8 style guide and use of tools like Pylint Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodologies Desired: Experience with Django is important, but candidates with strong Python skills and none or little knowledge of Django may be considered Git experience is a plus
