We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to temporarily assist our company with growth in our IT Department. The Technical Recruiter will assist hiring managers from our IT Department in filling senior level roles. Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities will include a heavy emphasis on sourcing. Major Duties Sourcing and screening senior level technical staff including software developers, database administrators and infrastructure staff. Developing a strong network of accomplished technical professionals. External job posting on various internet job boards, colleges, newspapers and industry associations. Review and resumes, applications and other pre-employment paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Select and conduct phone screen for technical (IT) skills and organizational fit. Oversee technical recruiting process including technical screening, coordinating interviews, booking conference rooms, keeping the technical assessment process “on track.” Maintain relationships with recruiting sources including employees, other recruiters, college and university officials, alumni groups, business associations and trade associations. Qualifications 4 + years of IT recruiting experience. Established network of technical professionals. Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and oversee a technical recruiting process. Strong communication and administrative skills are essential. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment Bachelor's degree, Human Resources or IT emphasis preferred.
