We have an urgent job opening with our client in Waltham, MA. Note: The client will train the candidates on OnCommand Insight software will have the person shadow other engineers in this role. Candidates who have some experience in Windows Admin or QA or storage can apply for this role. Job Description. Looking for a resource to assist a team that utilizes the OnCommand Insight product to perform competitive evaluations of customer storage infrastructure.  -        Storage assessment. Installing OCI at customer site and then pull the information back and run the report. -        They will provide required training on OCI and will have the person shadow other engineers in this role for 1-2 months. -        Windows platform (as application is run on platform), SNMP (network trouble shooting skills). -        Configuration issues may come while installing so should be able to do bit of trouble shooting. -        Reporting using Cognos but Cognos experience is not a must.   Additional Skills: -        Windows application, IP Network understanding, Ability to troubleshoot and work with engineering teams to diagnose issues. -        Storage Array understanding (EMC, HDS, IBM, HP, NetApp),FC network understanding (Cisco, Brocade),Storage performance Duration: 1 year.
