Position Details: Position: Graphic Web Designer Location: Jacksonville, Fl Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility Job Description: Incorporating a new design style in a global market. Maintaining schedules in a fast paced and changing environment and as a member of multiple, cross-functional project teams. Translating IA into actionable & elegant designs using new and creative approaches to visualize data and present information; be able to offer multiple design interpretations to the UI. Conceptualizing best practice user experience through collaboration with the design, IA, content strategy and html teams. Interpreting technical requirement documentation for web development projects. Will support design efforts for site updates, rich emails, ad banners and landing pages, and extend design templates to site pages following approved wire frames. Extensive knowledge of design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, composition, perspective, iconography, branding and imagery Solid understanding of information architecture, user interface essentials, interaction design, and style guide creation Exceptionally imaginative, collaborative, and inspired by working in a team environment to develop creative solutions to business challenges Well developed communication skills - including ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale Required Experience/Qualifications: Expert level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite A degree in graphic design, interaction/interactive design or new media is mandatory.
