Job Summary: The successful candidate will perform the majority of data related activities for incoming loan servicing transfers and provide data analysis and translation of large data sets from proprietary formats into a loan servicing platform as part of the loan transfer process. Will include extensive reconciliation and data integrity work. Also, this position will be responsible for active contributions to process improvements and any number of servicing data related projects as requested by Management. Essential Functions: Analyzes, formats, and uploads loan servicing data as part of servicing transfers of incoming pools of loans Communicates with Transfer Analysts and prior servicers to effectively resolve any loan data related transfer issues Reviews exception reports for each servicing transfer and ensures that corrective action is implemented when necessary Utilizing data integrity practices and other tools, check transfer data for completeness, validity, and accuracy Assists other servicing departments as needed with general understanding of the loan servicing system and the resolution of data issues General Skills & Abilities Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Advanced knowledge and usage of Microsoft Access and Excel SQL Server experience required Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and loan repayment calculation methods Ability to organize and complete by deadline multiple tasks with high attention to quality and detail DB2 Experience preferred Communication Skills Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with coworkers, management, and outside parties through written and verbal communication Ability to translate technical information into practical terms Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems in a tactful manner Adecco Engineering and Technical offers one of the most complete temporary employee benefits programs in the industry.
