Supply Chain - Contract Specialist
Contract Specialist II will negotiate business arrangements, perform reviews of agreements and draft contract terms and conditions, which may include; Master Purchase Agreements Software License Agreements Professional Services Agreements Maintenance and Support Agreements Establishing and maintaining boilerplate contract templates, ensuring that goods and services are contracted for in accordance with company policies and procedures, participating in evaluating supplier performance, and contributing toward the management of suppliers, participating in contract dispute and resolution processes. General business and contract negotiation skills, understanding of business and legal processes, contract writing skills. Highly effective oral and written communication skills, ability to work effectively independently and with teams, project planning and implementation skills. Bachelors Degree preferred. Requires 5+ years related work experience. The candidate must have experience in negoting construction agreements. Experience with microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
