Job Specifics: Jr. Systems Administrator Location: Philadelphia, PA Type: Contract through the end of year with possible extension Job Details: 1-2yrs Linux Command Line Interface Modify, Add, Delete DNS records for all of company’s Infrastructure and assets Provide support for DNS related escalations from call centers and Operations Service Desks Creation of scripts to automate repetitive and complex processes and tasks Track status of the work completed Provide feedback to the development team for enhancements to the DNS Portal (an internal tool for tracking/automating DNS administration work) Troubleshoot DNS related issues as they arise Good communication skill While there is lot of DNS work involved, experience with DNS is not required. They will train on the DNS part. The main skills required are: linux command line interface and good communication.
