EDC Consulting also employs uniquely qualified Subject Matter Experts to deliver the highest quality of services to our clients.                                        EDC Consulting is seeking SAP Functional professionals for a long term project serving the Department of Defense.  Must be a US Citizen and able to hold a DoD security clearance. These positions will support the implementation and maintenance of a large Supply Chain System.   NOTICE : This is a United States Department of Defense agency contract and all candidates must be US citizens to be considered. A clearance will be applied for on your behalf. Candidates with a current DoD secret clearance are urged to respond.  This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP’s SAP requirements and design.  This position requires in-depth knowledge of one or more functional area as well as relevant SAP module(s), specifically in the area of SCM/APO.    Required Skills  - in order of importance with years of experience needed: •           Knowledge of SCM and APO business process •           Expertise in business requirement development and documentation •           5+ years of experience in design/configuration of one or more SAP modules being implemented – MM, APO •           Knowledge and expertise in all phases of development and deployment lifecycle •           Federal experience desired (DoD/Navy experience preferred) •           Providing functional expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition; •           Providing configuration, data migration, interface support, and functional support as necessary; •           Assisting in the design of interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements; •           Developing and maintaining systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases; •           Supporting development of training work products and respond to trainer questions; •           Defining user authorization requirements;  •           Providing post go-live help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving system defects (‘break/fix’), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP solution and system Clearance: US citizenship is required Security clearance/access is required to start work and will be obtained by EDC prior to start of employment Certification: Related certification(s) desired Education: Technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience If you would like to be a part of an elite ERP Consulting organization dedicated to your success, please send a copy of your resume with desired compensation to Tom Breen.   ** EDC Consulting LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
