Requirements: -Experience Configuring and installing software and hardware for use on personal computer workstations -Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Windows XP/7 -Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Office 2003-2010 -Operating system migration experience a plus -Good customer service skills -Familiarity with Altiris a plus -General knowledge of network principles, concepts, and technologies applicable to hardware, software, and administration utilities.
