We are currently interviewing for the following contract to hire position: QA Analyst/Tester, North Austin-Arboretum area Contract to Hire: Please no third parties. Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship. As a critical member of the application development team, the Quality Assurance Lead will be primarily responsible for the design, implementation, execution, and issue resolution around QA testing, tools, frameworks, and processes to help assure successful, high quality, high performance, and on-time deliveries of Crimson applications. Candidates should have excellent, practical working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle across multiple methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, etc. Hands-on experience in QA testing, processes, tools, and methodologies is a must. Candidates should have the ability to develop business and technical knowledge quickly. Finally, candidates should possess a strong sense of ownership and self-sufficiency with a track record of successfully helping development teams gain efficiency through QA improvement.
