Call Center III
We are seeking 15 Call Center III candidates for a 12 month contract position in Neenah, WI Skills : Handle customer contacts and prepare documentation relating to feedback received. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers - both verbally and in writing - and have the ability to follow through on inquiries and work assignments. Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Masters degree (Communication field, English, Marketing preferred) and 5-8 years of contact center experience. Requires good judgment and critical thinking skills. Bilingual a plus (French or Spanish). 40-hour a week job. Hours will between 7am - 7pm, 7 days a week with a rotating schedule.
