Database Analyst III - Oracle This individual will be working on an ongoing audit and lease works project that is covering (4) separate audits for TDUS. This audit is scheduled to go through 2013, so there is a possibility of an extension in this role. The focus of this role will be to align all database builds to be audit compliant. The ideal individual for this role is going to be extremely adaptable to change. They need to be very flexible since process changes happen often in this group and the manager needs someone that will not be resistant to this. This individual will be expected to perform the following functions in this role: -Maintaining lower database environments. -Migrating changes into production. -Providing 3rd level database support. -Assisting with performance running and server optimization. -Patch databases, database builds, and change configuration. MUST HAVE SKILLS: • 2+ Oracle RAC experience (real application clusters) • 2+ Oracle RMN experience (recovery manager) • Prior production or engineering focus /experience • 2+ yrs of prior experience w/ Oracle (10G) • PL/SQL NICE TO HAVE: Experience in FI (Financial Industry) Datawarehousing experience Application Cluster experience Security Knowledge Soft Skills: This individual must have extremely strong communication skills as well as be able to hit the ground running.
